How will my parcel be delivered?
We use Royal Mail/Parcel Force delivery as well as Courier to offer the least expensive and most reliable delivery to you. Typically smaller parcels (up to 1kg) will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class. Larger parcels will be sent by our carrier which is usually a next business day service. Outside of the UK we use international courier.
Can you ship outside of the UK?
Yes, we send parcel outside of the UK and are very experienced with sending items all over the world, especially into Africa.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes, we are in our showroom Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm also we are open on Saturdays (April-September) 9am – 12.30pm.
What support do you offer on your items?
We are always very happy to help you choose suitable products and offer advice for any query you may have. You can contact us by email, fax, letter or telephone during our opening hours.
The item I need is not on your website?
We put as many items as possible on our website and we are continuing to add more, however, if you require an item that is not listed please contact us and we will be happy to give you a price for it.
How much are Shipping & Handling charges?
Our next day courier service starts at £9.00 and most parcels will be in this category. Costs may increase depending on the weight of the consignments. Courier fees are visible when items are added to the shopping cart. The price it costs us to send the item is the price you pay. We do not charge handling or packaging fees.
Are you able to offer trade prices?
Yes, we supply regularly to the trade and can give prices for quantities to suit. Please contact us for more details.
Do I need to be at home when my order is delivered?
All items sent by Courier require a signature so unless you leave specific instructions. For instance, ‘leave in garage if out’ or ‘leave at No.45’ then you will need to be present for delivery. Royal Mail deliveries are usually too big for letterboxes and so either you need to be in or pick up from your usual sorting office.
I’m going on holiday/away can you deliver when I’m back?
If you are going away please let us know and we will post your item to arrive when you return.
How long will my order take to be processed?
We aim to process every order in as short a time as possible. Orders received before 1pm often go out the same day providing items are in stock. If there is a delay in posting your order we will contact you.
