Delivery and Returns

Orders may be placed to purchase items shown & advertised on our website. Checking & correcting any order placed may be made at point of the ‘Submit’ button when the order is finally checked. Orders are usually despatched the within one working day, either with the Royal Mail or our designated courier service. All orders should* arrive the day after dispatch but delays may occur at the height of the season or if an item is out of stock.

If an item is out of stock or not available for other reasons, we will send what is available and you will not incur additional delivery charges as a result. We have three delivery methods. All parcels weighing under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail at their rates, all items are sent at cost with no additional postage or packaging. Parcels over 2kg are sent by a next day* courier service. Orders over 30kg are sent as multiple parcels or via a pallet delivery service.There may be additional charges for some heavy or bulky items destined for Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Man or other off-shore Islands which form part of the United Kingdom

Glass Jars are sent at the consignees own risk. Neither we or the Carrier can accept responsibility for any breakages.

Returns & Refunds
Goods may be returned by prior agreement. A full refund or exchange may be made within 10 days of the original delivery, provided they are undamaged and proof if purchase if necessary is provided. Gift Vouchers may be exchanged for goods but otherwise are non refundable. Delivery charges will not be reimbursed unless they were found to be faulty or incorrect.

We are unable to refund or exchange Personalised Labels if they have been approved.
