Change or Cancel an orderIf you need to change or amend an order please call or email us. In most cases we will be able to assist but if the order has already been packed or sent out for delivery another order will need to be placed.If you need to change details of your delivery address, give delivery instructions or cancel your order, please contact us.If your order has already been delivered, then please contact us. You can also of course return them to us in person.On receipt of your order, please check the content carefully. Also, please ensure that when asked to sign a receipt by the Courier, make sure you sign ‘Not Examined’. We cannot guarantee to accept responsibility or to replace damaged goods unless this is done.Any shortage or breakage must be reported within 3 days.
