Our New 1 and 2 ltr feeders are now designed to fit under the roof of a hive and so not require another piece of equipment. The round entrance into the feeder fits over a porter bee escape hole on a crownboard while the plastic cover over the feeding section allows the beekeeper to refill the feeder whithout the bees escaping through the roof. Made of strong plastic with a clear plastic lid these are ideal for all beekeepers. Available in 1 litre and 2 liter sizes.

A very useful tough Plastic Tray ideal for transporting supers and preventing honey spillage. They can also double as a temporary roof. |
The increasingly popular round section enables the beekeeper to create section honey with minimum input. Simply put a sheet of unwired superthin foundation between the two halves of the frame, push together and put on the hive. The section box holds 10 frames, each of which hold 4 Rounds. Once capped the rounds simply push out in their rings and then fit the clear plastic covers and label, they are then ready for sale or for presents. The nature of the packaging enables them to be easily frozen and then brought out for the Christmas period. This is an increasingly popular treatment for varroa having the advantage of flexibility in the time of use. Used in conjuction with a O/M floor, it maybe necessary to use only 1 instead of 2 sticks.

The Nassenheider evaporator makes using formic acid extremely easy. Simply detach the top cover, pour in the acid and replace the cover. The Evaporator ensures that there is an effective release to the hive.
Open mesh floor for the national hive. The open mesh floor greatly reduces varroa within a colony through the mite dropping out the bottom of the hive. The removable wooden sheet on the base allow the floor to be used when it becomes colder without the need to change to a standard floor.

| A useful device for putting unwired foundation into pre-wired frames. Simply run the embeddor along the wire over the wax and it will embed the wire into the wax. We suggest using a board or piece of wood behind to ensure you have a firm surface to embed on. |
